The MCU is a proactive measure to evaluate the health condition of the workers, create a safe and healthy work environment, reducing the risk of workplace accidents and illnesses that can impact productivity. Training For Trainer (TOT) a program that will pro Training For Trainer (TOT) a program that will provide selected participants from all departments with deep insights into effective teaching techniques, how to design quality training programs, as well as the skills and time management required to manage a training. The hope is that this will yield effective training outcomes in their respective fields. Additionally, this TOT program will also create a team of master trainers who able to do advance training at PT VDNi Training Center, and making the training center more vibrant. One of our participant, Muhammad Rais Al Amin, feels very inspired by the instructors and the material presented. With an inaugural intake of 120 students, predominantly from Sulawesi Island, the Polytechnic fosters synergy between academia and industry to cultivate capable graduates. Meet VDNi Thermal Mechanics, Deriyawan. Graduated Meet VDNi Thermal Mechanics, Deriyawan. Graduated from the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Technology majored in Geography, Deriyawan never knew that he could be capable of being a Thermal Mechanics. During his college times, his motto was "seek knowledge as far as to the land of China" and he also determined to work in the similar field from what he studied. But his journey started as he graduated and joined at VDNi as a Thermal Mechanics. Through hard work and determination, Deriyawan never thought that he could excel all the work as a Thermal Mechanics. In VDNi he felt that his motto and dream career are in place. Having to work with insightful Chinese expatriate colleagues, able to vocational science like transportation science and technology, development, power generator energy, and many more.
