Nickel Smelting Elevated: The Precision of Electric Furnaces 🔥

This is the smelting process through Electric Furnace, it has ushered in a new era of precision and efficiency in the nickel smelting industry. Powered by electricity, these advanced furnaces provide exact temperature control by 1.455°C, enhancing the quality and consistency of nickel production. This process produces hot liquid called nickel crude, will eventually turn into solid Nickel Pig Iron (NPI) that are hardly easy to destroyed.

Training For Trainer (TOT) a program that will provide selected participants from all departments with deep insights into effective teaching techniques, how to design quality training programs, as well as the skills and time management required to manage a training. The hope is that this will yield effective training outcomes in their respective fields. Additionally, this TOT program will also create a team of master trainers who able to do advance training at PT VDNi Training Center, and making the training center more vibrant.

One of our participant, Muhammad Rais Al Amin, feels very inspired by the instructors and the material presented. He realizes that the process of becoming a Master Trainer will not be easy and is full of challenges, but he and all the other participants are very enthusiastic and ready to pursue every opportunity that arises.

Welcome to All New Students of Tridaya Virtu Morosi Polytechnic

Politeknik Tridaya Virtu Morosi inaugurated its 2023/2024 academic year on August 21, 2023, aiming to nurture skilled graduates with knowledge and readiness for societal advancement. The opening featured the induction of new students and a campus orientation lasting from August 21 to 25, 2023. The institution, initiated by the Andrew Zhu and Tony Zhou Foundation, gained educational approval from the Indonesian Ministry in January 2023, emphasizing a sustainable relationship between industry and education.

With an inaugural intake of 120 students, predominantly from Sulawesi Island, the Polytechnic fosters synergy between academia and industry to cultivate capable graduates. The director, Dr. Yuliardi Erdani, highlighted Indonesia's demographic potential for national development. Positioned in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Politeknik Tridaya Virtu Morosi offers programs in Electrical Technology, Metallurgical Technology, and Civil Technology, collaborating with industry partners for future placements.

Meet VDNi Thermal Mechanics, Deriyawan.

Graduated from the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Technology majored in Geography, Deriyawan never knew that he could be capable of being a Thermal Mechanics.

During his college times, his motto was "seek knowledge as far as to the land of China" and he also determined to work in the similar field from what he studied. But his journey started as he graduated and joined at VDNi as a Thermal Mechanics.

Through hard work and determination, Deriyawan never thought that he could excel all the work as a Thermal Mechanics. In VDNi he felt that his motto and dream career are in place. Having to work with insightful Chinese expatriate colleagues, able to vocational science like transportation science and technology, development, power generator energy, and many more.

Without having to go all the way to China, Deriyawan now got all the knowledge and technologies he needed.
